Rootsy band out of Chicago playing upbeat jazzy, ragtimey, country, bluesy vibes. All acoustic instrumentation of guitar, banjo, washboard, harmonica, drum, clarinet, upright bass, jug, sousaphone, etc. Great lyrics, vocal, tight band. Guesting is Jim Becker (Iron & Wine), Tom V Ray (bassist for Neko Case, Jakob Dylan) and Mike Reed (drums). Play with Pokey LaFarge, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Taj Mahal, Leon Redbone. Killer stuff throughout. Highly recommended. No FCC’s.
