Dirk Powell / Walking Through Clay / Sugar Hill Records. Modern, bluesy, pop bluegrass derivative of old-timey Appalachian folk music. Dirk Powell has a full band with him on this recording. This is not a collection of his fiddle or banjo pieces and is more modern than the music of the musicians listed under similar artists. Similar Artists: Riley Baugus, Tim O’brien, Benton Flippen, Bob Carlin. Matthew.
