As Reviewed By Mister Esquire. modern rock revival/faux Britishy. that about explains it. some good points, some sucky. MR. ESQ. SEZ: MEOW MEOW MEOW MEOW ME- FCC WARNINGS: 3(HMEOW?...), 6. SOUNDS LIKE: PSYCHEDELIC FURS, IAN HUNTER, BIG COUNTRY, SOMEONE I CAN'T PIN DOWN AT THE MOMENT, AND IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS, 80'S MODERN ROCK ET AL. PLAY: WHAT I TELL YOU TO. I'M MISTER ESQUIRE, DAMMIT! (BUT SERIOUSLY: 1, 2, 6, 7, 10.) 1. PURR-FECT: krautpop! play now! =mach meow! 2. PURR-FECT II (TIE): sounds like Psychedelic Furs at very fast and furious pace, trying to be The Pistols. 3. FCC WARNING (SUPPOSEDLY =CAN'T CATCH IT, BUT LABEL SAYS IT'S GOT ONE, SO...). upbeat 80's modern rock. kinda boring, but doesn't totally suck. 4. SKIP 5. sounds like Ian Hunter. even has horns. 6. FCC WARNING: NON-STOP, TOO MANY TO MENTION. PURR-FECT II (TIE): funny as fuck. great example of fun, quirky new wave from the early 80's, when the lines between new wave and punk were blurred.
