Godflesh – Decline and Fall EP
The be-all-end-all industrial metal pioneers are back after thirteen years of silence. (They’ve played reunion gigs intermittently, but cancelled both times I tried to see them.) Lumbering, bass-heavy riffs with pounding drum machine beats recall the first few albums, complete with the classic tambourine on the downbeat. The duo hasn't lost their gritty Brummie roots. Crank this loud! All tracks are kickass and FCC clean.
