Eighty (80!!) year old Living Legend, well over 50 years performing. Singer, songwriter, gtr, keys, harmonica player. English-born, founded the Bluesbreakers, which included Eric Clapton, Peter Green, John McVie, Larry Taylor, Mick Taylor, etc. Still sounds as he did years ago, still got the chops, with a great band, including C.J. Chenier (Clifton’s son) playing accordion on #1. Play it all. No FCC’s.

*My Favorites*: All.

1. (4:54) Mid. Easy-going bluesy zydeco.
2. (3:27) Mid. Mean bluesy rocker.
3. (3:20) Mid. Funky blues w/ harmonica.
4. (4:15) Mid. Mayall takes on politics, social issues.
5. (4:37) Slow / Mid. Albert King song. Blues drag w/ organ.
6. (4:19) Mid. Eddie Taylor song. Steady rollin’ w/ harmonica, keys.
7. (4:10) Slow / Mid. Title track. Easy-going mellow blues.
8. (4:08) Mid. Jimmy McCracklin song. Mean gtr, back vcls.
9. (4:48) Mid. Mellow heartbreaker w/ xylophone?
10. (4:04) Mid. Bluesy rock w/ mean gtr, organ.
11. (6:40) Slow / Mid. Mellow bluesy mourner.
